Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms,” “ToS”) carefully before using the Vedadhaara website (the “Service”) operated by Vedadhaara (“us,” “we,” or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Intellectual Property & Service Content

A. Ownership of Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality—including all strategic blueprints, analysis documents, remedy protocols, session transcripts, blog posts, designs, and proprietary systems—are and will remain the exclusive property of {Vedadhaara Legal Name} and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

B. Limited License for Purchased Services

When you purchase a service (e.g., Integrated Life Path Analysis, Customized Inner Healing Program), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resulting documents and intellectual property (the “Deliverables”) for your personal, non-commercial use only.

C. Prohibited Use of Deliverables

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the Deliverables for commercial benefit without our prior written permission. Specifically, you may not:

1. Share, sell, or commercially exploit any analysis, blueprint, mantra, or yantra protocol provided by Vedadhaara.
2. Use the Deliverables to teach, train, or create similar consulting services.

2. User Accounts and Registration

A. Account Responsibility

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times, including accurate birth information (time, date, and location) required for our services. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

B. Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Purchases, Payments, and Policies

A. Fees and Payment

All fees for services are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted and are due at the time of booking, as specified on the service page. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to service availability, errors in the description or price of the service, error in your order, or suspected fraud.

B. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

By purchasing a service from Vedadhaara, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our separate Returns and Refunds Policy. That policy governs all matters of refunds, exchanges, and rescheduling fees related to our services.

C. Third-Party Payment Processors

All purchases are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). By making a purchase, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of those third-party processors. We are not responsible for errors made by the payment processor.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

A. Reference to Disclaimer

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to our separate Disclaimer policy. That policy expressly states that all services provided by Vedadhaara are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

B. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall {Vedadhaara Legal Name}, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

5. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and deny access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Kerala.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
