Services & Intellectual Property

Due to the nature of our work—which involves personalized time, proprietary analysis (chart and energetic assessment), and the immediate delivery of intellectual property—our refund policy differs for services compared to physical goods.

1. Service Delivery (Analysis Rendered): Once the preliminary work, chart analysis, or energetic assessment for a service (e.g., Integrated Life Path Analysis, Prompt Energy Assessment) has been performed, the core intellectual service has been rendered. Refunds for services that have already been scheduled or completed will be granted only at the discretion of Vedadhaara.

2. Program Enrollment Fees: For long-term programs (e.g., Six-Month Inner Path Immersion, Quarterly Protection Program), clients are entitled to a full refund if cancellation is requested within 7 days of purchase and prior to the commencement of the first session. Once the first session has been conducted, the client is responsible for the full program fee, and refunds will not be issued.

3. Digital Downloads: Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of digital products (e.g., PDF guides, recorded meditations, Yantra templates), all sales of downloadable products are considered final and are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy (Replacing Exchanges)

We do not offer exchanges on services. However, if you need to reschedule a booked consultation, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice for cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the service fee.
